A standard offset espag locking mechanism manufactured by Avocet designed for profiles with or without a eurogroove and can be fitted to side or top hung windows. The Avocet Offset Espag lock can be used as a replacement for many other makes and as long as your backset and rod measurements are identical, then you only need to adjust the mushroom keeps on your window.
